This was the place i shared with Loy, Chelsea and Eileen for 3 weeks. I think its lovely and these pictures just don't do the house justice because its sooo much more nice and homely than it looks here. We stayed at Hampden Road, which is this place nearby the UWA campus. There are a few nice things about this place, namely Brumby's the bread place, MixMix where you can get bubble tea, the infamous Jester's pie (in Oz at least) and other chinese makan places. All in all, the holiday was enjoyable because we cooked, cleaned and got a feel of how it would be like to actually stay out. Yesh the housework is terrible, saving the electricity and not turning on the heater in the winter cold was an absolutely horrible thing we had to do as well but the food that we whipped out, the playstation and a nice homely home more than made up for that. Simply put, it was a looot more homely than staying in hostel. Although i do have the flat, i suppose the house just had a different feel to it. It's something i just can't put my finger on but it's feels fantastic. Walking down the roadside to get to Brumby's some mornings is something i enjoy. I just love the Bread smells ... Anyway, we invited the old gang and other people over for dinner one night and so there are pictures of Yvonne, her sister, Pearl and Adrian (he always pops into photos anyway ... that little bugger) around. This is just supposed to be a short introduction to my range of hoilday pictures ...
